boarding, an on board emergency, or other serious situation, the Emergency contact number is:

This number is answered only when theCruiseCenter is closed. If you receive voice mail, leave your name, a short
message stating the purpose for the call, and a telephone number (with area code) where the call can be returned
as soon as it is received by the On-Call Cruise Counselor.
*Sales and routine Customer Service matters are not considered an Emergency and must be handled during normal
operating hours as listed above.
