To confirm your cabin and guarantee your final price, you will be required to place a deposit on your cruise. For this deposit,
the cruise line will require you to pay a deposit ranging from $100 to $1,000 per passenger.
This deposit amount is based on the length of the cruise, type of cruise, and itinerary. After you have placed a deposit to
confirm your reservation, you will be asked to pay the remaining balance of your fare by the final payment due date.
Depending on the cruise line, this final payment date can be from 45 to 90 days before sailing. If you book your cruise
within the final payment period, you will be required to pay the full amount of the cruise in order to guarantee your booking.
All payments MUST be paid by the specified date or the cruise line will cancel your cruise reservation.
Deposit and payment requirements vary by cruise line. Also, group deposit requirements are different than individual
bookings; please ask your cruise counselor for the requirements of the cruise line.
ALL payments are made directly to the cruise line by the cruise counselor. The cruise lines will not accept payment from
you directly. Cruise lines accept most credit cards and debit cards. Some debit cards have a daily minimum that may
exceed the amount of the deposit or payment. If this occurs you will have to coordinate with your bank to have the limit
raised to meet the payment amount.
We DO NOT accept personal checks, company checks, and travelers checks for payment.
Click on the cruise lines below to learn about individual payment policies.
Please ask your cruise counselor about the deposit and payment policy of any other cruise line not listed above.
